Jillian Phyllis | Infiltré LLC
Terms of Service & Client Agreement
Welcome. My work is intended to offer perspective, insight, and space for thoughtful exploration. These Terms explain the nature of that work, its boundaries, and our respective responsibilities.
1. Agreement & Scope
These Terms govern sessions and services provided by Jillian Phyllis through Infiltré LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including private sessions, private advisory, business strategy, The Dossier by Infiltré, psychic and intuitive sessions, Akashic Records, astrology, Reiki, energy work, womb healing, tantra, spiritual guidance, and discussions concerning relationships, intimacy, sexuality, and personal growth. They also govern your use of this website and the content we publish.
By accepting these Terms during booking, booking or paying for a service, or using this website, you agree to this agreement and our Booking, Refund & Rescheduling Policy.
A separate written agreement signed by both parties, including a Dossier or advisory proposal you accept in writing, controls where its provisions conflict with these Terms.
If an assistant, manager, agent, or other representative books on your behalf, they confirm they are authorized to accept these Terms for you, and you are bound by them when you attend.
2. Eligibility & Voluntary Participation
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. We do not offer services to minors, and a session may be ended without refund if a participant is under 18.
Participation is voluntary. You may decline any question, suggestion, exercise, or topic, and may end your participation at any time. Ending a session voluntarily does not create a right to a refund, except where required by law.
You agree to participate without impairment that prevents informed consent or meaningful engagement.
3. Nature & Limits of the Services
Services provide educational information, personal reflection, spiritual exploration, and strategic perspectives within the scope of the service booked.
Psychic impressions, intuitive messages, Akashic Records interpretations, astrology, and energy-related observations are subjective spiritual interpretations. They are not verified facts, scientific findings, diagnoses, or reliable evidence about another person or future event. For legal purposes, these readings are offered for spiritual exploration, insight, and entertainment, and are not presented as scientifically proven.
You are free to accept, question, or disregard any perspective offered. Nothing shared requires you to take a particular action.
4. No Licensed Professional Services
These services do not constitute medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, legal services, accounting, tax services, investment advice, financial planning, or other licensed professional services.
Jillian does not act as your physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, clinical counselor, attorney, accountant, tax professional, investment adviser, financial planner, or other regulated professional through these services.
No doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or comparable regulated professional relationship is created.
Reiki, energy work, womb healing, tantra, and similar services are offered as spiritual, educational, or complementary wellness practices. They do not involve medical diagnosis or treatment, psychotherapy, physical manipulation of reproductive organs, physical contact, or sexual services.
References to “healing,” “clearing,” “release,” or similar concepts describe spiritual or personal exploration. They do not mean the diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or cure of a physical or mental health condition.
Do not use a session to diagnose a condition, change medication, discontinue treatment, or delay seeking professional care. Consult an appropriately qualified professional for medical, mental health, legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated matters.
5. Business & Financial Discussions
Business advisory, including The Dossier by Infiltré, may include ideas concerning strategy, positioning, operations, leadership, culture, opportunities, and decision-making. It does not include licensed legal, accounting, tax, securities, or investment services.
Unless separately agreed in writing, we do not independently audit or verify information you provide, perform formal due diligence, implement decisions, manage funds, or assume responsibility for your business.
You remain responsible for evaluating recommendations, verifying facts, obtaining appropriate professional advice, and deciding whether and how to act.
No revenue, profitability, funding, valuation, business transaction, investment performance, or financial outcome is promised.
Retainer, Dossier and other advisory engagements are scoped, priced, and paid under their own written proposal or agreement, including any Integrity Clause or fee waiver stated there. Those terms control the fee, payment schedule, and any waiver or refund for that engagement. Where they are silent, these Terms apply.
6. Relationships, Intimacy & Spiritual Practices
Discussions of relationships, sexuality, intimacy, tantra, and spiritual practices are educational and reflective. They are not sex therapy, couples therapy, medical treatment, or sexual services.
Any optional practice must remain within your comfort, consent, and physical abilities. You may decline or stop any practice. Stop if you experience pain, distress, dizziness, or discomfort, and seek appropriate professional assistance when needed.
A session cannot establish another person’s thoughts, fidelity, intentions, consent, or future actions. Participation by one person does not authorize decisions on behalf of another.
For joint sessions, every participant must be at least 18 and must consent to participation, recording, and these Terms. Information shared during a joint session is heard by the other participants, whose subsequent use or disclosure we cannot control.
7. No Guaranteed Results
We do not guarantee the accuracy of intuitive interpretations, predictions, or spiritual impressions, or any specific personal, relational, spiritual, health, business, or financial result.
Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences. They do not promise that you will experience similar results.
Payment is for the booked time and agreed service, rather than a promised prediction, answer, emotional response, or outcome. Dissatisfaction with a reading, a message, or an outcome is not a basis for a refund or a payment dispute.
This section does not excuse failure to provide an expressly agreed service or limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. Your Decisions & Responsibilities
You remain responsible for your choices, actions, omissions, and use of session information.
You agree to provide information honestly and verify material facts before acting. You should not rely solely on a session when making consequential decisions concerning health, safety, finances, legal matters, employment, business, or relationships.
You are responsible for securing any permissions needed to share another person’s confidential information or business materials. Please avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information.
9. Emergencies & Crisis Support
These services are not emergency or crisis services. Booking messages, email, and other communications are not continuously monitored.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact emergency services. In the United States, call 911 for an emergency or call or text 988 for suicide and crisis support. Outside the United States, use your local emergency or crisis resources.
10. Remote Sessions & Technology
All sessions take place remotely. Connection details are provided in your booking confirmation.
You are responsible for a suitable device, a reliable connection, and a private environment. Do not participate while driving or operating machinery.
If a technical issue occurs, notify us promptly at jillian@jillianphyllis.com. We will make reasonable efforts to reconnect. Client-side technical problems do not entitle you to a refund or additional time.
If a technical failure on our side prevents delivery of the session, we will arrange replacement time without using your permitted client reschedule.
11. Payment, Cancellation & Rescheduling
Our Booking, Refund & Rescheduling Policy forms part of this agreement.
Private sessions can be booked and paid directly through our online booking page, where you choose your time and pay in the same step. Sessions or services arranged with us directly are paid through a secure payment link we send you. Either way, the session is paid in full, in advance, through Stripe, our payment processor. Prices are in US dollars and are the price shown on the booking page at checkout, or the price we confirm with you in writing. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by us. You authorize the charge when you book.
Payment secures your booking. All sales are final and payments are nonrefundable, including for cancellations, missed appointments, late arrivals, and unused sessions, except where required by law or stated in our Booking Policy.
You may reschedule your booking once, provided your request is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Your new appointment is subject to availability.
Requests received with less than 48 hours’ notice and second reschedule requests cannot be accommodated. If you cannot attend, your payment is forfeited and a new paid booking is required.
Sessions end at their originally scheduled time. Late arrivals reduce your available session time. If you have not joined within 15 minutes of the start time and have not contacted us, the session is treated as missed. Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled.
Sessions are personal to you and may not be transferred or resold without our written consent.
Provider-initiated changes do not count toward your permitted reschedule. If we cannot provide the booked service and a replacement time cannot be agreed, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that service.
Payment disputes and chargebacks. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact jillian@jillianphyllis.com first so we can resolve it directly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a session that was delivered, or that was forfeited under these Terms, is a breach of this agreement. We may contest it by providing the payment processor with records such as your acceptance of these Terms, booking and attendance records, and our communications, limited to what the dispute reasonably requires. We may decline future bookings after an unfounded dispute.
Gifted and complimentary sessions. A gifted or complimentary session has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and is not transferable unless we agree in writing. These Terms and the Booking Policy apply to it in full, including the rescheduling and missed session rules.
These provisions do not limit statutory refund rights or other rights that cannot legally be waived.
12. Subscriptions & Newsletters
the un/doing is a paid membership published on Substack, currently $13 per month. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and any refunds for it are handled by Substack under Substack’s own terms and policies. You can cancel at any time through your Substack account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Love Notes is a free email newsletter sent through Flodesk. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Subscription and newsletter content is general and educational. It is not a personal reading, not advice tailored to you, and not a substitute for a private session or for licensed professional care. Rituals, herbs, practices, and suggestions shared there are optional and used at your own risk, and you should check with a qualified professional before using any herb or practice if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition. Paid content is for your personal use and may not be republished, resold, or shared outside the platform.
13. Privacy & Confidentiality
We will use reasonable care to keep session information and recordings private. Confidentiality is not absolute, and these services do not create legally privileged communications.
Information may be disclosed with your permission, as required by law or legal process, as reasonably necessary to address a serious safety concern, or as reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights, including responding to a payment dispute.
Relevant information may be shared with attorneys, insurers, or service providers who reasonably need access for legal advice, claims handling, secure storage, or service administration, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations where applicable.
Booking, payment, email, video, and storage services (including Stripe, Substack, and Flodesk) may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We cannot guarantee the security of electronic communications or the conduct of third-party platforms.
Recordings will not be sold or used publicly for advertising, testimonials, or promotional content without separate, specific permission.
Where we publish a separate Privacy Notice, it explains our data collection, use, retention, and sharing practices in more detail.
14. Discretion & High-Profile Clients
Discretion is part of the experience. Many of our clients are public figures, executives, and private individuals whose privacy matters, and we treat every client the same way.
We will not publicly name you, confirm or deny that you are a client, or use your name, image, likeness, voice, or story in any marketing, content, or press without your separate, specific written permission.
We may speak about general themes from our work in teaching, writing, and content only in a fully de-identified way, with no detail that could reasonably identify you.
A separate nondisclosure agreement is available on request before booking. If you would like to book under a private name or through a representative, let us know so that booking and payment records can be matched.
Confidentiality runs both ways. You agree to keep confidential any non-public information you learn about other clients, and any non-public Dossier findings, materials, methods, or business information we share with you, except as needed for your own internal use or as required by law. You agree not to use Jillian’s name, image, likeness, or brand to suggest an endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written permission.
15. Session Recording, Consent & Retention
Sessions are recorded by Jillian, including audio and, where applicable, video, to document the services provided, maintain an accurate session record, and establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
Recording requires the express consent of every participant before it begins. Consent will be obtained through the required booking checkbox and confirmed before recording starts. Each additional participant must separately consent.
Recordings are maintained for internal documentation and legal protection. A recording or transcript is not included in your purchase and is not routinely provided to clients. This does not limit any access or disclosure right required by applicable law.
Our standard retention period is seven years from the session date, unless applicable law requires a shorter or longer period or a documented legal need justifies an extension.
Relevant records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for a pending or reasonably anticipated claim, dispute, investigation, legal hold, insurance matter, or other legal obligation. Such records will be reviewed for deletion after that need ends.
We will use reasonable safeguards and restrict access to people and service providers with a legitimate need. Recordings will be securely deleted when their applicable retention period ends, subject to legal holds and the ordinary deletion cycle of backup systems.
Recording Preferences & Deletion Requests
If you do not consent to recording or want to discuss a different retention arrangement, contact us before booking. An unrecorded session is available only if expressly agreed in writing.
You may request deletion or shorter retention by emailing jillian@jillianphyllis.com. Requests will be reviewed under applicable law and any legitimate recordkeeping or legal preservation obligations. Immediate deletion cannot be promised in every circumstance.
A voluntary alternative arrangement may be documented in a separate written agreement. No additional signature or waiver will be required as a condition of exercising a nonwaivable privacy right.
If you withdraw consent to continued recording during a session, recording will stop. We will discuss whether the session can continue without recording. Withdrawal does not automatically require deletion of previously recorded material or create a refund right; applicable law and any written arrangement will govern.
16. Client Recording, Materials & Intellectual Property
Clients may not independently record, screen capture, transcribe, livestream, or use AI recording or note-taking tools during a session without Jillian’s prior express consent.
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, we retain ownership of our pre-existing materials, methods, frameworks, and original session resources, and of everything we publish, including this website, its text, images, video, the Jillian Phyllis and Infiltré names and logos, newsletters, the un/doing, podcast episodes, and social content. You may use materials supplied to you for personal purposes or internal business purposes, as applicable to the booked service.
You may not sell, publicly distribute, or commercially reproduce those materials without written permission, and you may not copy, scrape, or use our content to train artificial intelligence or machine learning systems. You retain ownership of materials you provide.
Nothing in these Terms prohibits lawful, honest reviews, lawful reporting, or disclosures protected by law.
17. Testimonials, Reviews & Gifted Sessions
Some testimonials, reviews, and videos we share come from people who received a complimentary or gifted session, or who have another connection to us. Where that is the case, we disclose it.
A gifted session never requires a review, a post, or a video, and never requires a positive one. If you choose to share your experience after a gifted or complimentary session, you agree to clearly disclose that the session was gifted (for example, “gifted session from @jillianphyllis”), as required by Federal Trade Commission guidelines.
If you send us or tag us in content about your session, you give us permission to reshare it on our own channels, with that disclosure, unless you tell us otherwise. You can ask us to stop using it at any time, and we will remove it from our channels going forward.
18. Conduct & Ending Services
Both parties are expected to communicate respectfully. Harassment, threats, discrimination, sexual misconduct, and requests for unlawful conduct are not acceptable.
We may decline or end services when conduct is unsafe or abusive, or when a request falls outside the service’s scope. We may also decline any booking at our discretion before the session begins, in which case any amount paid for that booking will be refunded.
If a session ends because of serious client misconduct, payment is forfeited, subject to applicable law. If we decline to provide a prepaid service for another reason, any unused payment for it will be refunded.
Booking a session does not include unlimited follow-up, emergency access, or ongoing support unless expressly included in writing.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the services, this website, and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infiltré LLC and Jillian Phyllis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the services, the website, or any content, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses resulting from decisions you make using session information.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. For free content and the website, it is limited to one hundred US dollars.
These limitations do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that applicable law prohibits limiting. They do not waive nonwaivable consumer rights or create a blanket release from responsibility for our conduct.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infiltré LLC, Jillian Phyllis, and their contractors from claims, losses, and reasonable costs, including attorneys’ fees, brought by a third party and arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of session information or materials, information you share without the right to share it, or decisions and actions you take. This does not apply to claims caused by our own fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence.
22. Events Beyond Our Control
Neither party is responsible for a delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as illness, family emergency, natural disaster, power or internet outages, platform failures, or government action. If such an event prevents a session, we will arrange a replacement time, and the Booking Policy will otherwise apply. This section does not excuse your payment obligations for services delivered.
23. Governing Law & Disputes
This agreement is governed by Wisconsin law, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
Before starting any formal claim, please email jillian@jillianphyllis.com with a description of the concern so we can attempt to resolve it directly. Both parties agree to try in good faith to resolve it for 30 days. This step does not apply to small claims actions, requests for urgent court relief, or rights that cannot legally be conditioned.
Where legally permitted, disputes will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Dane County, Wisconsin, or the federal court for the Western District of Wisconsin, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where it qualifies. Nothing here removes a mandatory right to another forum.
To the extent permitted by law, claims will be brought only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action, and both parties waive a jury trial.
24. Agreement Changes, Severability & General Terms
The version accepted when you book applies to that booking. Later changes apply prospectively and will not retroactively remove your rights.
If a provision is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign this agreement without our written consent. Sections that by their nature should survive, including those on payment, confidentiality, discretion, intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and disputes, survive the end of the services. Your electronic acceptance at booking has the same effect as a signature.
These Terms, the Booking Policy, and any applicable separate written service agreement constitute the entire agreement concerning the booked service.
