Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 1, 2026

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Infiltré LLC, doing business as Jillian Phyllis (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit jillianphyllis.com, book a session, buy or use a digital program such as Holy Fk, subscribe to our newsletters or membership, sign up for text reminders, or contact us. Infiltré LLC is a Wisconsin company and a wholly owned company of Cazimi Group LLC. Questions or requests: support@jillianphyllis.com.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you share when you book, buy a program, join a waitlist, fill out a form, email or message us, or attend a session.

Contact and waitlist forms: what you write in our contact and waitlist forms, which are collected through our website host.

Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe (or the platform you buy through). We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the last four digits of a card, but we do not store full card numbers.

Session information: notes, recordings (only when you and Jillian both agree, as described in our Terms), and information you choose to share about your life, relationships, health, or business.

Sensitive information: sessions and forms may include sensitive details, such as information about your health, sex life, relationships, beliefs, or finances. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. By sharing it, you consent to our using it to provide the services you asked for, and we never use it for advertising or sell it.

Digital program information: When you access a digital program such as Holy Fk through Hiro.fm, Substack, or another designated platform, the platform may process your name, email address, subscription or purchase status, and relevant listening or usage activity to provide access, manage your account, and protect program content. The information collected depends on the platform you use and is subject to its privacy policy.

Text message information: if you opt in to text reminders, your mobile number, the date, time, and method of your opt-in, and the messages sent and received.

Technical information: our website host and service providers may automatically log basic data such as IP address, browser, and pages visited.

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide sessions, programs, and services you request, including delivering private audio feeds and program emails.
  • To respond to your inquiries and requests.
  • To schedule, process payments, and send receipts, reminders, and service messages.
  • To send newsletters, program updates, or text reminders you signed up for. You can unsubscribe or opt out at any time.
  • To respond to questions, provide support, and improve our offerings.
  • To protect our content, prevent misuse or unauthorized feed sharing, and meet legal obligations, including responding to payment disputes.

We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising, and we do not use session content for advertising.

4. Who We Share It With

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do so. These include Stripe (payments), Hiro.fm (private audio feeds and program checkout), Substack (the un/doing membership), Flodesk (Love Notes newsletter), Google Workspace (email, calendar, and secure file storage, including session notes and recordings), video meeting tools used for sessions, Netlify (website hosting and website forms), YouTube (videos embedded on our site), Google Analytics (website analytics), and Telnyx (delivering text messages). Each processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. We may also communicate with private advisory clients through messaging platforms, including Telegram, where mutually agreed. Communications sent through those platforms may be processed and stored according to the platform’s privacy practices.

We may also disclose information with your permission, when required by law or legal process, to address a serious safety concern, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights. We may share information with our professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants, and insurers, under confidentiality obligations, and with our parent company, Cazimi Group LLC, for business administration. If our business is ever reorganized, sold, or transferred, information may transfer as part of that transaction, and this policy will continue to protect it.

None of the above includes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. That information is never shared with any third parties, except the provider that delivers our messages, and only to deliver them.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are visited, how long visits last, the general location (city or region) and device type, and how visitors arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information, and Google processes it on our behalf under its own privacy policy. We use this information only in aggregate to improve our website and offerings. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not use Google Analytics data for targeted advertising.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Our host also keeps basic server logs.

Videos on our site use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, so YouTube content loads only when you press play, and YouTube may then set its own cookies under its own policy. When you visit Substack, Hiro.fm, Flodesk, Stripe, or social media through our links, those platforms may use their own cookies. We do not sell your information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we treat browser signals such as Global Privacy Control as a request to opt out of any such sale or sharing.

6. Text Messages (SMS)

If you opt in to text reminders for a program like Holy Fk, we use your phone number only to send those program messages. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, or for any other purpose. We share it only with the service providers who deliver the messages for us, and only to deliver them.

Message frequency is described when you opt in (for Holy Fk, 1 text a day for 28 days, plus a welcome and a final message). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help, or email support@jillianphyllis.com. Consent to texts is never a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How text reminders work: jillianphyllis.com/texts.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs. Session recordings are kept as described in our Terms. Program access records are kept while you have access and for a reasonable period after.

Inquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 24 months. Text message consent and opt-out records are kept for 5 years so we can show that messages were sent with permission. Payment and tax records are kept as long as tax law requires.

8. Your Choices & Rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop receiving marketing emails, by emailing support@jillianphyllis.com. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Even after you unsubscribe, we may still send messages about a booking or purchase. Deleting your information may end access to a program. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them as required.

9. US State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state, such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and others with privacy laws, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising (we do neither), and to limit the use of sensitive information (we use it only to provide the services you requested).

To make a request, email support@jillianphyllis.com. We will confirm your identity using the information we already have, and we will respond within the time the law requires, usually 45 days. You may use an authorized agent with your written permission. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and if you are still unhappy, you may contact your state attorney general. We will never treat you differently for using your rights.

10. Security

We use reasonable measures and trusted providers to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. If a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify you as required by law.

11. Adults Only

Our services and programs are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

12. Where Information Is Processed

We are based in the United States. Our service providers may process or store personal information in the United States and other countries. If you access our services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred internationally. We will comply with applicable legal requirements concerning international transfers and privacy rights.

13. Changes & Contact

We may update this policy from time to time, and the date at the top shows the latest version. For privacy questions or requests, email support@jillianphyllis.com. For help with a digital program or text reminders, email support@jillianphyllis.com.
