holy fk text reminders
a little text from me each day you’re in holy fk, so you never miss a day.
what you get
one text a day for 28 days, sent when your next day of holy fk is ready to listen. each one has a sneak peek of the day and your link. you also get a welcome text when you start and one last text when you finish. these are program reminders only, never marketing.
how to opt in
texts are optional and only for members enrolled in holy fk. you can opt in two ways:
- when you join holy fk, check the text reminders box and add your mobile number. the box is never pre-checked.
- or text HOLY to our text number, which is in your holy fk welcome email.
the checkbox reads:
“By checking this box, you agree to receive Holy fk program reminder texts from Jillian Phyllis, 1 a day for 28 days. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Terms: jillianphyllis.com/terms Privacy: jillianphyllis.com/privacy”
before any reminder, you get a confirmation text with these details.
how often
1 text a day for the 28 days of the program, plus the welcome and the finish text. about 30 texts in all, then they stop on their own.
cost
message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. we never charge you for the texts themselves.
stop + help
- reply STOP anytime and the texts stop right away. reply START to rejoin.
- reply HELP for help, or email support@jillianphyllis.com.
your number
we use your number only to send your holy fk reminders. we never sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing. agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything. carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
