Booking, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Your session is time set aside just for you. These policies help us honor that time and keep scheduling clear and thoughtful.

This policy applies to private sessions, private advisory, psychic, Akashic Records, and other sessions booked with Jillian Phyllis, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Retainer, Dossier and other advisory engagements follow their own written proposal or agreement. This policy is part of our Terms of Service & Client Agreement.

Booking & Payment

Private sessions can be booked directly on the booking page: you choose your time and pay in full, in advance, in the same step. If we arrange a session with you privately, you receive a secure payment link, and the session is paid in full, in advance, through Stripe before we set the time. Prices are in US dollars and are the price shown on the booking page at checkout, or the price we confirm with you in writing. Your card details are handled securely by Stripe and are not stored by us. Your booking is confirmed once payment goes through.

Please check that the date and time in your confirmation are correct in your own time zone.

Session Location

All sessions take place remotely. Your confirmation email will include everything you need to connect.

Payment & Refunds

Payment secures your booking. All sales are final, and payments are nonrefundable, including for cancellations, missed appointments, late arrivals, or unused sessions, except where required by applicable law or stated in this policy.

Refunds are not given because a reading, message, or outcome was not what you hoped for. Payment is for the time and the service, not a particular answer.

Sessions are personal to you and may not be transferred or resold without written consent.

Rescheduling

Life happens. You’re welcome to reschedule your booking once, with at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled session. Your new appointment is subject to availability.

Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or for a second reschedule, cannot be accommodated. If you cannot attend, your payment is forfeited and a new paid booking is required.

To reschedule, reply to your booking confirmation or email jillian@jillianphyllis.com before the 48-hour deadline.

Late Arrivals & Missed Sessions

Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your session. Sessions end at their originally scheduled time, so arriving late reduces your available time.

If you haven’t joined within 15 minutes of your start time and haven’t contacted us, the session is treated as missed. Missed sessions are nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Changes Initiated by Jillian

If I need to move your appointment, we’ll find a replacement time at no additional charge. This does not count toward your one permitted reschedule. If a technical problem on my side interrupts a session, we’ll arrange replacement time. If I cannot provide the booked service and we can’t agree on a replacement time, you’ll receive a full refund of what you paid for it.

Gifted & Complimentary Sessions

Gifted and complimentary sessions have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for money or transferred. The rescheduling, late arrival, and missed session rules above apply to them in the same way.

Payment Disputes

If something about a charge doesn’t look right, please email jillian@jillianphyllis.com first. Most questions are resolved quickly and directly.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a session that took place, or that was forfeited under this policy, breaches our agreement. We may respond to the payment processor with your acceptance of these policies, your booking and attendance records, and our communications, sharing only what the dispute requires, and we may decline future bookings.

Subscriptions

the un/doing ($13 per month) is billed and managed by Substack, and its cancellations and refunds follow Substack’s own terms. You can cancel anytime from your Substack account. Love Notes is free, and you can unsubscribe from any email.

Acceptance

By booking and paying, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy and our Terms of Service & Client Agreement. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
